In her role as Lead Preschool Teacher, Kianna excelled in creating engaging lesson plans that incorporated play-based learning methods and promoted social-emotional skills. As an Instructional Coach, Kianna's focus is on providing reflective and relationship-based coaching to early childhood educators and leaders. Through her efforts, she strives to create more equitable and inclusive classrooms, particularly benefiting children from BIPOC communities.
